A curatorial office shaped by collaboration

Looking Forward operates as a distributed curatorial office built on collaboration, adaptability, and shared responsibility. Our structure is fluid: a small core team shapes the overall direction, while each project is developed through evolving constellations of artists, researchers, producers, and institutional partners.

We work through open dialogue, co-design, and processes that adapt to each project’s context. Team members shift between roles depending on the needs of the work, ensuring flexibility and shared authorship.
